I leave Sunday to head to Salt Lake City, again. I'm flying American so let's all pray that my flights do not get cancelled. At 3:00 on Friday afternoon I realized that I had not rented the car our my audit team. The following is the conversation that took place between my staff and me.
Leslie: Crap! I need to rent our car
Jason: I hope that don't have any cars. I hope you have to rent a mini cooper.
Leslie: You're just jealous that you don't get to work with me next week.
Jason: Well, they probably only rent 15-passenger vans in Salt Lake anyway.
I laughed for about 5 minutes. What makes that conversation so funny is that we actually work with a Mormon (the Mormon is the same guy that told me, "I'm not sure how much you know about the Church of Christ but they tend to butt heads with the Mormon Church." My response, "Um, it's not just the C of C, it's everyone that butts heads with y'all).
Who knew that Mormon's made muffins? They are pretty good. I guess Joseph Smith must have gotten the receipe from the Golden Tablets.
